We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery in two ways:

Refund — if your piece arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue on our end. We'll need an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened for the first time and the damage clearly visible. This lets us process the refund quickly and file claims with our shipping partners.

Exchange — for any reason within 14 days of delivery, you can exchange your piece for another of equal value (or pay the difference for a higher-value item). The piece must be unworn and in its original condition.

To start either process, email shramanjewels@gmail.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Each piece is handcrafted to order and delivered worldwide in approximately 15 business days from order date — 7 days for crafting and quality checks, then 7 days for worldwide shipping.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece ships. Most US, UK, and EU orders arrive within this window.

Yes — we ship worldwide, free of charge. Most countries receive orders within ~15 business days from purchase (7 days handcrafting + 7 days shipping). Some remote destinations may take a few extra days for customs clearance.

All international shipments include tracking. If your country requires customs duties or taxes, those are the buyer's responsibility, as regulations vary by region.

As soon as your piece ships (~7 days after your order is placed), we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can track your package at any time using that link.

If you haven't received tracking after 8 business days, email shramanjewels@gmail.com and we'll check the status for you.
